G. F. Harper poems appear recently in Terse Journal, Aural Literature (Austin Public Library), La Bloga: On-line Floricanto, Raw Paw: Alien, Dark Lady Poetry, and Refined Savage Poetry Review. His full-length collection, Savage Yard, is published by Lit City Press.

 

Harper apprenticed through the WITS Writers program at Literary Arts, in partnership with public high schools, in Portland, Oregon in the fall and spring of 2018 for Writers in The Schools. His mentors included David Ciminello, Mark Pomeroy, and Ramiza Koya. 

Harper lives and works in Texas. He studied at St. Edward’s University for a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a Specialization in Creative Writing, minor in Psychology.
