I have worked in professional kitchens. I have also worked in diners, dives, and…I don’t recall any drive-thrus. I’ve spent the last six years in the tech world, learning UX, coding, and analysis and can speak in ones and zeros.

I have ten years of culinary experience, with six of those years as a chef at Whole Foods. I have worked as a juicer, barista, produce, grocery, line cook, expo, bus boy, dishwasher, prep cook, on the fly, host, manager, bartender, hell, even the door guy. You name it, I was somehow part of the mess.
